Golf Cliches
You have heard them all before (and probably used a few, as well). Here are some golf expressions that have now become golf cliches.

"I'm lacking consistency."
"Nineteenth hole."
"I was preparing my acceptance speech too early."
"Golf is a funny game."
"The ancient game of golf."
"You've got to keep the ball in the fairway."
"Overall, I'm very happy with the way I played today."
"Tee to green I've been playing fantastic. It's the putting."
"They just kept going in."
"I've been driving the ball well."
"I'm hitting the ball a lot better now."
"I'm going to do my own thing."
"Losing half a dozen balls is nobody's fun."
"I felt like I hit a lot of good shots."
