Nineteenth Hole

Strange But True #1

During a round at the Trickle Creek Golf Club in Kimberley, British Columbia, Canada, Gord Blake was playing with Chris and Paulette Dadson. Blake usually beats Chris Dadson, but on this day, he was losing, largely due to two broken ribs he suffered in a wind-surfing accident. In fact, Dadson had held the honors for seven consecutive holes.

On the eighth, Dadson graciously offered the honors to Blake who accepted, saying "I'm really sick of playing golf like a schmuck. This one's going right by the pin".

The Dadsons were astonished to witness a beautiful swing with a three iron that projected the ball 183 yards right into the cup.

A golf shot called and made, by an injured player.
