Get clubs that are made for you for no more, or even less than
you pay for one size fits all off the shelf clubs
The right shaft for you depends on your swing speed, or
distance you get with the driver, 5 iron and 9 iron. Steel or
graphite? What shafts do you use now? Other factors are ball
flight and age, older golfers usually benefit from graphite shafts.
Shaft length is determined by your height, distance from
your hand to the floor and your stance. We spine align the shafts giving
you consistency of flight path for each club.
Grip size? How big are your hands and how do you grip
the club - conventional or palm (transverse) grip?
In linear motion the resistance is the mass. Many of us
remember F = MA, where F is the force required to accelerate (A) the
mass (M). For curvilinear motion the unit of resistance is the
moment of inertia and the formula is T = Iα
where T is the torque required for angular acceleration (α) of the
moment of inertia (I). The moment of inertia (I) takes into account
where the mass is. For example, a ball on a string being twirled I = MR2
where R is the length of the string. The longer the string is the
greater I is.
The point of all this is
this. If all the clubs in your set have the same moment of inertia
they'll all swing the same. Most club manufacturers use swing
weight which is an archaic attempt to give the clubs in the set the same
swing feel. We use correctly applied science.
