![]() Question 171 Keeping my head over the right knee is very difficult for me. I have always used the traditional golf swing with the usual rotation toward the target. The few times I have been able to do this the results have been significant. I have become a firm believer in the single axis system. What can I do to achieve this impact position on a consistent basis? The head over the right knee is a result of the proper first move down. When you have adequate trunk rotation, and a brace in the right leg, you will have room to bring your arms down and the moving of the humerus in front the hip lowers the right shoulder and keeps the head over the knee. Work on your first move down as I describe in my video.
