I have your tape and I am having some success with it. However, I am confused about the left hand grip. I guess I am looking for a very precise way of doing it. On your tape you hold the club horizontal across your body, put your hand on top, with grip under the knuckles. Now my confusion, the video doesn't show the position of the club face. Is it face up, 3/4, toe up, where?

Yes, it does. The window is between the angle of the forearm on the plane to the ball or vertical. You will fit into the correct face angle somewhere in there based on your biomechanical availability.
