 Question 424 Can I make notes about the golf course? From Peggy: I am playing in a Virginia State Golf Association tournament and would like to know if I can make notes about the course. I would like to use these during play. I know the pros do this but want to make sure it is legal. It is very legal - draw, takes notes, set game plans for each hole, ask yourself how do I make birdie on this hole and when in trouble ask yourself how do I not make double.
