I'm 62, How Stiff Should My Shaft Be?From Jim: I am 62 years young weigh 195 stand 5ft 9in and in good shape. My club head speed is 105 to 110. Which shaft should I use stiff or regular? Jim, at 105 you may be between a stiff and regular shaft, depending on how you load the shaft. I would use a soft stiff or a tipped regular and see which you have the best results with, and that you can feel the shaft working. Good luck!
