Question 581

How Can You Grip a Club if Your Thumb's in the Way?

From John:

How is it possible to hold the grip of a golf club in the lifeline of the right hand if my left thumb is already in that position?

I anxiously await your reply.

I don’t hold the club in the lifeline of the right hand and I advise against it.   The correct way to hold it is transversly from the first knuckle of the index finger across to the apex of the heel pad.
