Jack's discoveries have been featured in media around the world. In December
1995, Golf Digest devoted over 30 pages to Moe and Jack. In January
1996 Golf Magazine named Jack as one of the Top 100 Teachers in
America. Jack is the second scientist, and only the third non-PGA member
to receive this honor.

Jamie Sadlowski MechanicsHere is an analysis of Jamie Sadlowski mechanics. Jamie is 5’11” and weighs 165 lbs. His clubhead speed is aproximately 150 mph and he air carries a golf ball around 375 yards. I received an interesting call from an editor of Golf Magazine. He found my name by searching Google under “science and golf”. He did not know that I was once one of their Top 100 Teachers. Golf Magazine’s staff does not have a clue as how this type of speed can be produced by a person of Jamie’s size. The magazine is planning an article and the editor is looking for a scientific answer. After talking to him for about 15 minutes, he sent the below email. It will be interesting to see if they use any of my explanations. As you will see from the attachment, I sent him a complete answer. Jack, Would really appreciate a summary of what you enlightened me with this morning on the phone. Touch on how X-factor, shoulder turn is a bit of a fallacy when it comes to speed, and how speed really is generated (fast twitch, right arm and wrist levers). Also, touch on how it’s possible to improve fast twitch muscles, and how all big hitters learned to do it at a young age (Sadlowski spent years in his youth hitting nothing but hockey slap shots). Thank you very much, David DeNunzio
